Deep Tissue

Deep muscle incorporates deep pressure to release physical as well as emotional trauma held within the muscles. It has proven to be a very effective bodywork technique, which is directed specifically to individual muscle fibers. Its purpose is to release the fibers of a muscle while releasing deeply-held patterns of tension, removing toxins, relaxing, soothing and thereby re-educating, as well as encouraging the muscle to operate at full capacity.

Shiatsu

Hot Stone Bodywork

Combining hot stone protocols with a full body bodywork provides a very healing and effective experience. The hot stones also expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body. 4 Hands Special

4 hands Special is a bodywork where two therapists work on you at the same time, mirroring each others' movements. One therapist works on the right side of your back while the other works on the left.

It usually covers the body area includes your arms, legs, hands and feet, your neck, shoulders and back, your stomach.

Foot Relaxology

Just like your neck, back, and shoulders, your feet can also benefit from a regular rubdown. Foot relaxology improves circulation, stimulates muscles, reduces tension, and often eases pain.
